The customer must verify his parcel and product(s) conditions as soon as the parcel is delivered.

If the customer is not sure  to keep his order, we invite him to manipulate the item(s) carefully  in order to avoid any damage to the concerned product(s).

The customer has 48 hours, from delivery date (the date of delivery of the parcel, as indicated by the carrier’s website used by LEVANJA  being the valid date) to aware LEVANJA ( via ) if you have any claim or demand concerning products conformity.

If you did not do it within this delay, the product will be considered as conform(without visible defect).

In order to validate and justify your claim, you need to send any supporting proof or document in your email to LEVANJA.

If you do not follow this step, LEVANJA cannot receive or accept any claim.



In order to make your return, we invite you to download the return slip (to be find in our website under the rubric of “RETURN section”).

The customer must return to the company the unwanted items no later than 14 days from the day of the delivery of the customer package (indicated on the website of the carrier chosen by LEVANJA) to indicate your desire to return the product(s) received via

The product(s) shall be returned in its original packaging, in perfect conditions, in full, along with the delivery receipt to the address provided by the customer service and following the instructions given by the customer service.

Any products that are damaged, incomplete, used, worn, or returned with a damaged  will not be taken back or exchanged by LEVANJA . If the products are broken, we may also not take back the product(s).

You are responsible for sending back the product(s) by using a delivery carrier company that allows a traceability and tracking of the parcels. The cost of return delivery are assumed by the customer with the exception of return for damaged item(s).

If those conditions are not fulfilled, LEVANJA will not accept any return.

In case of return for a defective item(s), once all necessary steps have been taken and your request has been validated by us, we will replace the delivered product whose defects and visible damage have been previously duly proven. If the same product is no longer available, we will offer two alternatives:

– sending a voucher by email

– or refunding the price of the concerned product, following the good reception of the damage article.
